Sportinho ("we", "us", "our") operates the Sportinho mobile game (the "App") for iOS and Android. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
1. Information We Collect
Sportinho is designed to be played without creating an account. We do not require you to register, sign in, or provide any personal information to play the two mini-games, Football Tic-Tac-Toe and Career Chain.
We may automatically collect limited technical information, including:
- Device information (device model, operating system and version)
- App usage and performance data (e.g. crash reports, session length) used to improve stability and gameplay
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics provided by app stores (Apple App Store Connect, Google Play Console) and, if enabled, standard analytics SDKs
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or precise location, and we do not access your contacts, photos, or other personal files on your device.
2. How We Use Information
Any technical information collected is used solely to:
- Diagnose and fix bugs and crashes
- Understand how the mini-games are used, so we can improve them
- Ensure the App works correctly across devices
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising profiling.
3. Third-Party Services
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play, which have their own privacy policies governing information they collect (such as download and payment data). We encourage you to review Apple's and Google's privacy policies. If Sportinho integrates analytics, crash-reporting, or advertising services in the future, this policy will be updated to name those providers before the change takes effect.
4. Children's Privacy
Sportinho is a general-audience football trivia game and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at info@playsportinho.com and we will delete it.
5. Data Retention & Security
Because gameplay happens locally on your device with no account system, game data (scores, in-progress rounds) stays on your device and is not transmitted to us. Any technical or diagnostic data we do receive is retained only as long as needed for the purposes above and is protected using reasonable technical and organizational measures.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/EEA under GDPR or California under CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you, or to object to its processing. Since Sportinho does not collect identifying personal information, there is typically little to no personal data associated with you to act on — but if you have questions or a request, contact us and we'll respond promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example as we add new features. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and where changes are significant, we'll provide additional notice within the App.
